Molly Whipple, M.A., CCC-SLP is an ASHA certified speech language pathologist (SLP) who has been practicing for over 7 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Washington University (WWU) in 2018. Molly has SLP experience in the public schools, where she primarily served preschool and elementary-age students in groups, 1:1, and whole class lessons. She has developed and implemented treatment plans for children between ages 2-14 years with a variety of medical diagnoses and communication needs (e.g., Autism, Hearing and Vision Impairment, Down Syndrome, craniofacial anomalies, Mitochondrial Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Selective Mutism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound and articulation disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, social pragmatic communication disorders, reading and writing deficits, AAC, voice, and fluency disorders).

Molly quickly gained experience with virtual platforms and teletherapy services during the 2020-2021 school year. Since 2021, Molly has focused her career in private practice, working in a variety of outpatient pediatric clinical settings, both in-person and via telehealth. Molly is also a PROMPT Level 1 trained therapist (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets). Her primary areas of interest and expertise include speech articulation and phonological delays/disorders, motor speech disorders, developmental language delays/disorders, gestalt language processing, social-emotional learning and pragmatics, fluency disorders, and AAC.

In addition to her SLP career, Molly is actively working to complete an educator-based training through the wellness program, Breathe for Change, to soon become a certified social-emotional learning facilitator and youth-adult yoga instructor. Molly strongly believes that parent/caregiver understanding and involvement plays a key role in each child’s individualized treatment plan and growth. Her core values include implementing a holistic, strength-based approach to therapy with inclusive and trauma-informed care practices, team collaboration, and parent coaching.
